A name and a mobile number. Nothing for them to install, no account to create, no invitation to accept.
ClockAide calls every staff member before their shift begins. Answering is the confirmation — no app, no keypad, no training. Home care agencies, law firms, clinics, and security operators open the dashboard to a defensible record of who is covered, before the day starts.
$7.99 per staff member, per month · Unlimited schedule managers, included
Every dot is a reminder call. Every bar is a shift.
Two pieces of setup per staff member. From then on the schedule rolls forward and the calls place themselves — no daily administration, and nothing for a supervisor to remember.
A name and a mobile number. Nothing for them to install, no account to create, no invitation to accept.
Place blocks on a weekly grid. ClockAide converts them into dated shifts and keeps a rolling fortnight queued ahead.
Ten minutes before each shift, the phone rings. Answering confirms it, and the confirmation reaches your dashboard immediately.
Reminder calls are the software we run, and the store ships from us. The cover and the benefits we arrange — the protection you're expected to carry, and the benefits that keep good people. One account, one place to ask.
Missed shifts and no-shows cost you money and momentum. Automated calls reach your team on their own phone before every shift — no app to download, no login to remember. Answering the call is the confirmation.
Required compliance postings, branded apparel, and the everyday essentials — pens, mugs, notepads, badges, business cards, signage. Browse the catalog or put your own logo on it.
Quoted for your business, not part of the subscription
Insurance, retirement and health benefits are arranged through licensed third-party partners. ClockAide is not an insurer and does not provide coverage, tax or legal advice.
No menu, no keypad, no number to press. Press play and hear exactly what your staff hear. When a call doesn't land, the shift is escalated while there is still time to act on it.
Hi Maria, this is Meridian Care Group.
This is your reminder that your shift is starting soon. Please clock in. Have a good shift.
6:50aFirst attempt — no answer
The line rings out. ClockAide waits five minutes instead of escalating immediately.
6:55aSecond attempt — voicemail
The message states the reminder and that the shift is unconfirmed. It never claims an arrival that hasn't happened.
6:56aEscalated to your dashboard
Two attempts is the limit. The shift is flagged as unconfirmed with four minutes still on the clock to arrange cover.
The reminder-call subscription is deliberately narrow. It confirms that scheduled staff picked up the phone before their shift, and it keeps the record of having asked.
Ten and five minutes before it starts. Answering is the confirmation — no keypress, no app, nothing to train. Clock-out reminders go out as the shift ends.
Draw a recurring week per person, then override it with skips and one-off changes. ClockAide keeps a rolling fortnight of dated shifts queued ahead of you.
Every shift for the day on one ribbon — confirmed, calling now, or unconfirmed. Open it before the day starts and see where you need to intervene.
Every attempt, its outcome, and the carrier's own reference for it. Filter by person, date, or result when somebody asks you to produce the record.
Confirmation and lateness rates over time, per person and across the account, so a pattern surfaces while it is still a pattern and not a complaint.
Owners hold billing. Schedule managers run the day and work the call log. Add as many schedule managers as the work needs, at no extra cost.
No setup fee, no per-call charge, no minimum term, and no separate seats for the people doing the scheduling. Your subscription invoice is the number of staff on the account.
Paused staff still count toward the invoice — pausing stops their reminder calls, it does not remove them from your account. Remove someone to stop billing for them.
Everything else is quoted
Merchandise is priced per order. Compliance support, liability and workers' compensation cover, 401k and health benefits are arranged through licensed partners and quoted for your business — they are not part of this subscription.

Attendance records get read back in audits, licence reviews, and disputes. These are the guarantees ClockAide is built to hold — and the mechanism behind each one, so you can check rather than trust.
What happens every time, including when things fail.
Each reminder is claimed atomically before it is dialled, so overlapping schedulers cannot place the same call twice. Nobody is called repeatedly for one shift.
When a call reaches an answering machine, the message gives the reminder and says another attempt is coming. It does not say the shift is confirmed, because it isn't.
Shifts crossing midnight are unsupported, and we say so before you pay rather than after. Where a limit exists, you will find it written down.
What we hold, and what we have no way to hold.
Every query for staff, schedules, and call history is bound to your organization before it runs. One account's records are never assembled from another's.
A name, a mobile number, shift times. No field for a client, a case, a matter number, or a diagnosis — and no call is ever recorded.
What an auditor can establish from the record.
US numbers only. Any other country code is rejected outright rather than reshaped to fit, because silently making a foreign number domestic means calling a stranger.
When a manager enters a clock-in by hand, it is stored with its source. The log always separates what the phone confirmed from what a person entered.
Schedule managers run the day and see the full call log. Only an owner can reach the subscription, change the plan, or read an invoice.
Add your staff, draw their weeks, and the calls place themselves. Nothing to install, nothing for your team to learn, and a record you can produce when someone asks for it.
